Taldris is an independent operational-intelligence venture. This page explains how the public website handles visitor information and inquiries.

Website use

The public website contains no customer application, advertising pixels, marketing analytics, or visitor accounts. Contacting us does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

Contacting Taldris

Email us at hello@taldris.com or info@taldris.com. The website’s email links open your email app; a message is sent only when you send it from that app. You can also copy either address into your webmail service.

We receive your email address and the information you choose to include in your message. Email passes through your provider and Microsoft 365, our business email provider. We do not maintain a separate website database of inquiries. Please do not send confidential customer records, sensitive personal information, or proprietary business documents in an initial inquiry.

How we use and keep inquiry information

We use inquiry information to respond, manage follow-up conversations, and maintain related business records. Messages may remain in our business mailbox and provider backups. You can ask about access, correction, or deletion by emailing us; applicable obligations and provider retention may affect what can be deleted.

Spam protection and hosting

The site uses ChatGPT Sites hosting and Cloudflare infrastructure. Hosting and email providers may process network information and retain ordinary security and service logs to operate their services and prevent abuse. No optional analytics or advertising scripts are installed by Taldris. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy and Microsoft’s privacy statement for provider details.
